Apple Cinnamon Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp. coconut flour
  • ½ scoop protein powder
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ apple, diced

Instructions:

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine coconut flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Add egg whites to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Preheat Waffle Maker: Spray your waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray and preheat it.
